Dhiah el Diehn I. Abou-Tair received the Doctoral degree in computer science from the University of Siegen, Germany. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, German Jordanian University (GJU). He has been involved in several EU and German-funded research and capacity-building projects. His research focus is on privacy laws and regulations adoption in information systems through an ontology-based approach. His research interests include privacy-enhancing technologies, cyber security, System-of-systems, Distributed ledger, Blockchains, and the Internet of Things.
